Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,570 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM37-associated genes across cancer lineages are GBP5, GLOD4, and PSMA4. Each is linked with TRIM37 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM37-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM37 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GBP5 grouped by TRIM37-low versus TRIM37-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM37→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
