Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM37 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM37-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, eEF2, and ERK2. Each is linked with TRIM37 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM37-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM37 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by TRIM37-low versus TRIM37-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM37→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
