Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,264 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aggresome assembly, Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation, and Negative regulation of centriole replication. Each is linked with TRIM37 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM37-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM37 results are reported.
