TRIM37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 142 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM37-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR56A3, SMIM33, and TMEM247. Each is linked with TRIM37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM37-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR56A3 grouped by TRIM37-low versus TRIM37-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM37→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
