TRIM36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,489 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM36-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC112, APAF1, and NCBP1. Each is linked with TRIM36 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM36-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM36 versus CCDC112 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM36→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
