TRIM36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,139 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM36_S87, TBC1D24, and TCF25. Each is linked with TRIM36 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM36-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM36 versus TRIM36_S87 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM36→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
