TRIM36

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM36 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,970 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM36-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM36-IT1, FAM107B, and ARFGEF3. Each is linked with TRIM36 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM36-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM36 versus TRIM36-IT1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM36→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
