Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,077 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM36-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEK4P1, DYNC1H1, and CIDECP1. Each is linked with TRIM36 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM36-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM36 results are reported.
