Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,790 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM36-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, Regulation of microtubule-based process, and Mitotic sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with TRIM36 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM36-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM36 results are reported.
