TRIM32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,064 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM32-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMD5, RAD23B, and HSP90B1. Each is linked with TRIM32 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM32-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM32 versus PSMD5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM32→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
