Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM32 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,762 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM32-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf85, TMEM245, and NEK6. Each is linked with TRIM32 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM32-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM32 versus C9orf85 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM32→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
