Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,948 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM32-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, UHRF1, and C18orf25. Each is linked with TRIM32 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM32-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by TRIM32-low versus TRIM32-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM32→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
