TRIM29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,422 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM29_S21, TRIM29_S489, and KRT17. Each is linked with TRIM29 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM29-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM29 versus TRIM29_S21 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM29→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
