Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM29 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,831 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM29-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT16, KRT6A, and KRT23. Each is linked with TRIM29 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM29-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM29 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM29 versus KRT16 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM29→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
