TRIM29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM29 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM29-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR, eIF4E, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with TRIM29 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM29-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR grouped by TRIM29-low versus TRIM29-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM29→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
