TRIM29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM29-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD30BL, FAM205A, and C18orf63. Each is linked with TRIM29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM29-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD30BL grouped by TRIM29-low versus TRIM29-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM29→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
