TRIM28

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,550 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRMT1, TRIM24, and SRSF9. Each is linked with TRIM28 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM28-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM28 versus PRMT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM28→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
