TRIM28

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,757 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM28-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSCAN22, HNRNPUL1, and LIG1. Each is linked with TRIM28 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM28-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM28 versus ZSCAN22 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM28→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
