Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,121 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, Mitotic DNA replication, and Regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with TRIM28 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM28-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM28 results are reported.
