TRIM28

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 210 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM28-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRF2BP1, NUDT6, and SRI. Each is linked with TRIM28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM28-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRF2BP1 grouped by TRIM28-low versus TRIM28-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM28→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
