TRIM27

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,424 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, CMTR1, and DHX16. Each is linked with TRIM27 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM27-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM27→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
