TRIM25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,968 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF2AK2, MX1, and CMPK2. Each is linked with TRIM25 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM25-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM25 versus EIF2AK2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM25→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
