Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM25 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRIM25 data layer compared with 10 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TRIM25 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and HNSC show a favorable association.
CESC, LIHC, and STAD are the cancer types where TRIM25 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
