TRIM25

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,409 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM25-associated genes across cancer lineages are NMI, OAS2, and IFI6. Each is linked with TRIM25 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM25-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM25 versus NMI in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM25→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
