TRIM25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,798 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM25-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7850, RN7SL545P, and RNU6-157P. Each is linked with TRIM25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM25-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7850 grouped by TRIM25-low versus TRIM25-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM25→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
