TRIM25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM25-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR14A2, FAM71A, and DEFA4. Each is linked with TRIM25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM25-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR14A2 grouped by TRIM25-low versus TRIM25-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM25→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
