TRIM24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,410 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM24-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHDC10, NUP205, and CDK12. Each is linked with TRIM24 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM24-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM24 versus KLHDC10 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM24→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
