TRIM22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM22-associated genes across cancer lineages are RLN3, C16orf82, and TNP1. Each is linked with TRIM22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM22-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RLN3 grouped by TRIM22-low versus TRIM22-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
