Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,514 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3RF1, KLHL23, and ANXA2P1. Each is linked with TRIM2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM2-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM2 versus SH3RF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
