The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TRIM10 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and GBM show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and ESCA are the cancer types where TRIM10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
