Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRIL data layer compared with 31 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher TRIL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
SARC and UCEC are the cancer types where TRIL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
