TRIB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,286 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHMT2, CARS1, and MARS1. Each is linked with TRIB3 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIB3-to-partner and partner-to-TRIB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIB3 versus SHMT2 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
