TRIB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,472 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT6, ESF1, and ASNS. Each is linked with TRIB3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIB3-to-partner and partner-to-TRIB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIB3 versus TRMT6 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
