Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are REXO4, ZNF554, and NR2C2AP. Each is linked with TRIB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIB2-to-partner and partner-to-TRIB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIB2 versus REXO4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
