TRIB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13C4, PRR23C, and SLC39A14. Each is linked with TRIB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIB2-to-partner and partner-to-TRIB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13C4 grouped by TRIB2-low versus TRIB2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
