TRIB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,105 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCN1, PARP10_S431, and NRBP2_S209. Each is linked with TRIB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIB1-to-partner and partner-to-TRIB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIB1 versus CCN1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
