TRIB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR50, IL21R, and TIFA. Each is linked with TRIB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIB1-to-partner and partner-to-TRIB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIB1 versus GPR50 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
