TRIB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,693 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS33P3, LINC01609, and H2AZP7. Each is linked with TRIB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIB1-to-partner and partner-to-TRIB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS33P3 grouped by TRIB1-low versus TRIB1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
