Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,364 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RALB, SOWAHC, and GCLC. Each is linked with TRIAP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TRIAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIAP1 versus RALB in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
