TRHDE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRHDE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,273 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRHDE-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUPV3L1, LSM3, and ALDH18A1. Each is linked with TRHDE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRHDE-to-partner and partner-to-TRHDE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUPV3L1 grouped by TRHDE-low versus TRHDE-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRHDE→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRHDE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
