TRHDE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRHDE RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,711 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRHDE-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of fibroblast proliferation, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Integrin-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with TRHDE in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRHDE-to-partner and partner-to-TRHDE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of fibroblast proliferation grouped by TRHDE-low versus TRHDE-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRHDE→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRHDE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
