TRHDE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRHDE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 919 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRHDE-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIP, SNTG2, and LEUTX. Each is linked with TRHDE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRHDE-to-partner and partner-to-TRHDE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIP grouped by TRHDE-low versus TRHDE-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRHDE→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRHDE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
