Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 186 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB4, RN7SL675P, and RNU6-451P. Each is linked with TRH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRH-to-partner and partner-to-TRH results are reported.
