TRGV8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRGV8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,497 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRGV8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, WIPF1, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with TRGV8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRGV8-to-partner and partner-to-TRGV8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRGV8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRGV8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
