TRERF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRERF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,841 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRERF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC20A1, WFDC10B, and TSPY26P. Each is linked with TRERF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRERF1-to-partner and partner-to-TRERF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC20A1 grouped by TRERF1-low versus TRERF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRERF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRERF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
