TRERF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRERF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 969 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRERF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRIFIN, KRT28, and SULT1C3. Each is linked with TRERF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRERF1-to-partner and partner-to-TRERF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRIFIN grouped by TRERF1-low versus TRERF1-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRERF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRERF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
