The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher TREML5P Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TREML5P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TREML5P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
