Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREML5P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,342 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TREML5P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRTN3, PADI4, and AZU1. Each is linked with TREML5P in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREML5P-to-partner and partner-to-TREML5P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TREML5P→partner) and Y-score (partner→TREML5P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
