Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREML4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,162 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TREML4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDA, PADI4, and DOK3. Each is linked with TREML4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREML4-to-partner and partner-to-TREML4 results are reported.
