Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREML4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TREML4-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Ku80, and MIG-6. Each is linked with TREML4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREML4-to-partner and partner-to-TREML4 results are reported.
